Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CloserKendo collects, why, and what you can do about it. CloserKendo is operated by Ali Raheel, a sole proprietor trading as CloserKendo, Lahore, Pakistan, who is responsible for your data. Contact: support@closerkendo.com.
What we collect
- Account details:your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash, so we can't read it), your plan and your practice-minute usage.
- Practice content: the challenges, prospects, objections and rubrics you create or select.
- Call data:an audio recording of each practice call (your voice and the AI prospect's), its written transcript, and the AI-generated scorecard.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Polar. We receive your subscription status, plan and billing country, never your card details.
- Technical data: server logs and performance traces, such as IP address, browser type, requests and errors, used to keep the service running and fix problems.
How we use it
- To run the service: connecting your calls, simulating the prospect, and scoring your calls.
- To manage your account: verification, password resets and important service notices.
- To handle billing, through Polar.
- To keep CloserKendo secure, prevent abuse, and diagnose and fix problems.
We don't sell your personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable service, and our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Polar's checkout may set its own cookies when you make a purchase.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers we need to run CloserKendo, and only for these purposes:
- Polar: payments, tax and invoicing, as our Merchant of Record.
- LiveKit: the live voice connection, and speech recognition, the AI prospect's replies and speech synthesis through its AI model partners.
- OpenRouter: AI models that generate objections and scorecards.
- Neon: database hosting.
- Amazon Web Services: storage of call recordings.
- Resend: account emails such as verification and password resets.
- Pydantic Logfire: application monitoring and error diagnostics.
- Cloudflare and FastAPI Cloud: hosting for the website and API.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires, those transfers use appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, practice content and call data while your account is open. Cancelling a subscription doesn't delete anything: your account moves to the Free plan and your history stays available. To delete your account, email support@closerkendo.com. We'll delete your account, recordings, transcripts and scorecards within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (Polar keeps its own transaction records). Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time before it's overwritten.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@closerkendo.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, sign-in cookies can't be read by page scripts, and access to production data is restricted.
Children
CloserKendo isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll tell you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
