- How are minutes counted?
- By the second, from when your call connects to when it ends. Your monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month, and unused minutes don't carry over.
- What happens when I run out?
- A call in progress wraps up when your allowance is used, and new calls can't be started until it resets. You can upgrade at any time.
- How does billing work?
- Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. Our order process is handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your call history stays.
- Can I get a refund?
